Services & pricing

Real prices, published.

Most agencies make you book a call to learn what anything costs. Here's ours, out in the open — the same numbers that appear on our invoices. If something doesn't fit, we'll say so before you spend a dollar.

The moat

Engineering & Supply Chain

No marketing agency can sell any of this. Glimwright grew out of a product-engineering practice, so we do the work that happens before a product has a brand — finding the factory, proving the part, and holding the supplier to a standard. Prices below are published, the same as everything else on this page.

Sourcing

Component sourcing

From $4,500 / program

Supplier identification and vetting, RFQ package authoring, competitive quoting, landed-cost modeling, incoterm and MOQ negotiation.

Sourcing

Assembly sourcing

From $7,500 / program

Multi-part assemblies: BOM-level sourcing, tooling ownership terms, multi-vendor coordination, first-article coordination.

Quality

Supplier quality audit

$6,500–9,000 / assessment

On-site or remote audit against a scored standard. Findings, risk ranking, and a corrective-action plan you can hand to the supplier.

Quality — ongoing

Supplier quality management

From $3,500 / mo

Retainer, three-month minimum.

  • APQP / PPAP execution
  • PFMEA and control plans
  • First-article and Cpk validation
  • Supplier scorecards and 8D problem solving

Escalation

Supplier rescue & on-site

$2,400 / day + expenses

Expedited PPAP recovery, containment at the supplier, line-down escalation, overseas travel. For when a program is already on fire.

Documentation

Engineering drawings / CAD package

$2,500–6,000 / product family

Manufacturing-ready CAD, dimensioned drawings to ASME Y14.5, and packaging dielines. The bridge between your idea and a factory that can actually quote it.

Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation, and the number above is what you'll pay unless the scope changes in writing.

Why we can charge for it

Where the engineering came from.

We said on the About page that we'd rather earn a proof section than fake one. This is the part we've earned — programs delivered, not adjectives.

OEM appliance engineering

Programs across two major kitchen-appliance brands, including documented 8D problem solving on production failures and a pedestal program. Root cause, containment, corrective action — the discipline the rest of this list rests on.

OEM / ODM programs delivered

DFM, tooling, supplier qualification and production for consumer-hardware brands, under NDA. Overseas factory management, container freight, and landed-cost math done first-hand.

A product line taken to retail

A line industrialized from concept to shelf. First 300-unit batch sold out in May 2025, into 14+ retail locations, and took second place in both Most Innovative Product and Best New Product at a 2025 national industry awards program.

Quality systems credential

APQP and PPAP, PFMEA and control plans, Six Sigma method, supplier audits, first-article and Cpk validation. The habit of proving a process is capable before calling it done.

Branded electronics supply

Power-bank sourcing and program management for a branded electronics line — supplier selection through delivered product.

Digital & operations build — Gravity Ignite

A display and print manufacturer's full digital and operations stack, delivered in 2026: site rebuild, an eighteen-tab operations hub carrying 587 items and 154 vendors reconciled against their books, quoting automation, and a customer-facing estimator now in production use.

Only at Glimwright

Web, Digital & Operations Systems

The other half of the wright in our name. Websites are the obvious piece — but most of what we build for clients is the machinery behind the website: the workbook that knows what's in stock, the quote that prices itself, the estimator a customer can use at midnight.

Web — custom

Custom website build

$6,500–15,000 one-time

For when the launch package isn't enough — custom application work, a product configurator, a customer portal, or a catalog that has to talk to your back office. Fast modern hosting, bot protection, security headers and structured data throughout.

Web

Site migration

$3,500 flat

Trapped in a heavy build with hosting bills to match? We move sites to fast, nearly-free modern hosting. We did it to our own sites first.

Operations hub

A working MRP your team can actually open — items, vendors, purchase and sales history reconciled against your accounting, with computed availability, reorder points and a dashboard. Append-only, so the history stays honest.

Quoting automation

A hardened quote workbook and pricing API, automated price refresh across your vendor feeds and public market indices, and a drift guard that emails you when a live quote diverges from the register.

Customer-facing estimator

Your customer uploads a part file, the geometry is parsed, dimensions prefill the configurator, and tiered pricing returns instantly — then the specification, files and pricing land in your quote register automatically.

Analytics & search setup

Analytics instrumented against the events that actually matter — priced estimates, quote requests, form submissions — plus Search Console, sitemap, structured data and a claimed, verified business profile.

Catalog & product data

Your catalog consolidated from purchase and sales history, list pricing recovered for the items that actually turn, and a materials register that flags its own staleness when the market moves.

Cloud & code setup

A cloud project stood up properly — service accounts, secret management, scheduled jobs — and a private repository you own, with a secret-scanning gate so credentials can't enter your history.

Operations systems are scoped and quoted per project — tell us what your team is doing by hand and we'll tell you what it costs to stop.

Fair questions

Things people ask us.

Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?

Because "book a call to find out" is a sales tactic, not a service. You should be able to budget before you talk to us. If your situation needs something custom, the published price is still where the conversation starts.

Am I locked into a contract?

The App and growth programs are month to month. Content retainers carry a 3-month minimum because good film work compounds — one month can't show you what it does. Everything cancels with a conversation, not a penalty clause.

Who actually does the work?

A small studio — you'll know the people on your account by name. We use serious automation behind the scenes so your money goes to judgment and craft, not headcount.

What if it isn't working?

We'll tell you first. Every program reports its numbers monthly, and if something isn't earning its fee, we'd rather move you to what will than keep billing you for what won't.

Know what you need? Not sure yet?

Either way it starts the same — tell us about your business, and we'll answer plainly.
